By accessing the website at challure.lu, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
Orders, Billing and Payments
At the time the order is placed, the consumer must be fully aware that this act involves an obligation to pay.
Price and payment method are specified in the order. QualiTrainer will issue to the the consumer an invoice for the goods to be delivered. The consumer is obliged to provide all information necessary for invoice issuing according to legislation.
Prices for all products sold through the site challure.lu are in EUR and include VAT.
Payment should be made by bank transfer in the QualiTrainer SaRL bank account specified on the invoice.
Shipping and returns
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free in the EU and EEA. Shipping costs for deliveries to European Union Member States are included in the final price. For deliveries to non-EU states, appropriate shipping costs will be included in the final price. The consumer will be informed on these costs on request. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions regarding shipping.
Execution and cancellation of the order
Unless otherwise agreed by Parties (QualiTrainer and the consumer), QualiTrainer must execute the order within 30 days of the day following the consumer placing their order and paying the price.
Failing this, the contract is automatically terminated.
If the goods cannot be provided or are unavailable, QualiTrainer must:
- inform the consumer;
- and reimburse the client within 30 days.
Failing this, the amount due is increased by the legal interest rate in force as of the 31st day.
In the event of a dispute concerning the deadline for carrying out the order, the burden of proof rests with QualiTrainer.
Right of withdrawal
For any distance contract, the consumer has a right of withdrawal for a period of no less than 14 working days without penalty and without giving any reason.
Deadlines are valid for goods, with effect from the day on which the consumer or a third party appointed by the consumer takes physical possession of the goods.
During the withdrawal period, the consumer can notify the professional that they are exercising their right to withdraw in writing by emailing [email protected] They must then return the goods at their cost to the supplier within a period of 14 days of such notification using the same or similar means of transportation.
QualiTrainer must then reimburse the amount paid by the consumer (including, if applicable, the delivery charges) using the same payment method as that used in the original transaction. QualiTrainer can do this within a period of 14 days from the day after being informed of the consumer’s decision to withdraw from the contract. With effect from the first day following the expiry of this period, the amount due is automatically increased by the legal interest rate in force.
Unless otherwise agreed by Parties (QualiTrainer and consumer), the consumer cannot exercise their right of withdrawal when purchasing goods specifically manufactured to the consumer’s specifications.
Withdrawal procedure
To notify QualiTrainer that they wish to withdraw from the contract, consumers can either use the withdrawal form template (French) or English (below) or make another declaration clearly setting out their decision to withdraw from the contract.

Use License
- Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Challure’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- modify or copy the materials;
- use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
- attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Challure’s website;
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

- This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by QualiTrainer at any time. Limitations
In no event shall QualiTrainer or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Challure’s website, even if QualiTrainer or a QualiTrainer authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

In the event of a dispute, consumers can obtain information and help from the Union luxembourgeoise des Consommateurs (ULC – Luxembourg Consumers’ Association).
